The speaker in this session is asking a lot, yet the message is simple. We should already be aware that what we think inside our mind will shape which direction we take through life. But what about the words we speak that someone hears. Or worst still, the written word that continues to work, time and time again.
I do fully understand the message from today’s speaker. It’s an obvious one. Yet is it a message we hear and don’t live by? How hard is it in reality to pay attention to every single word that we think, that we speak aloud, that we commit to paper? Speaking for myself, I find this to be a practice I can’t get correct every time, as I’m sure you’re aware of by now!
I suppose we should remind ourselves that there is nobody living on earth that is perfect in every way. We are, after all, vulnerable humans with habits, unique personalities and natural tendencies to do and say things our own way. But what if we embrace this message as a guide to follow? What if we learn to use our words a little more conservatively, with thought and only when needed? Surely that’s a lesson we can work on?
As a sensitive person, I am easily offended by others. I take the other person’s spoken words to heart. If they speak to me positively, I am warm and receptive. If their words are negative, I am hurt and mentally wounded. I suspect there are many more people like me too.
Although today’s speaker’s words are grammatically a bit of a jumble, which might be my fault in transcribing them, the message contains a lot of power that we could and should all adhere to.

There is an idea for an exercise you can do in this message today. Perhaps share your own thoughts on single words that emit immense power.
THE WFSIW SESSION
Good day to you. I was putting the thoughts about words into your head a moment ago, so yes, that will be my topic for you and your readers.
A single word of your language is like a compressed package of energy, released the moment the word is spoken, and will continue to dissipate energy for ever and a day.
The written word is so much more powerful than the spoken word, which too contains a huge amount of energy. But when spoken, a word tends to fade away quicker, though not always.
When you were growing up, the negative words from your friends and parents often remained in your mind for longer than other words. Those negatively charged words you heard, or often spoke, hung in your mind inflicting damage.
I know my medium suffered from bad or negative words being spoken to him. Humans often refer to that behaviour as bullying. Some humans benefit from being thick-skinned, and are able to allow negative words to wash over, without affecting them. Others though, allow the negative words to fester for longer. Of course, the same can be said for positive words too, though the outcomes are rather different.
The written word is different again. It retains its power, being re-ignited every time it is read. But the challenge with a negative word being read is, it is spoken by your inner voice.
As a person seeking an enlightened way of life, care should be a constant in what words you write or say aloud. Thinking before you speak is the way of the wise man, and remembering that silence can often send a more powerful message instead.
Man that speaks fewer words is often wiser.
Let me give you an example of the power in a word. Write this word and see how you feel when reading it back:
HATRED
It is difficult to see anything positive in that word. What about this word instead:
PEACE
Doesn't that word bring with it a positive energy?
My point dear friend is, your language is your first tool in communication, though it doesn't have to be. Choosing your words more carefully takes consistent effort.
One of the most major errors that mediums make in their work is to use too many words. One is often quite enough, especially if chosen right. To live an enlightened life, the power within your words is the most important starting point.
You, my medium, have all those years of creating and forming habits with your use of words. That does not mean your use of them is wiser, merely more free-flowing. If you say a negative word in a phrase, you own it, no matter who you intend it for. It originated from your mouth and belongs to you. Worse is to write the word or phrase that has negative meaning. It will always be yours, and the damage it generates will continue to expose your negativity way after you've forgotten about it.
The most powerful lesson I can give you is to remind you that you become what you speak. Always choose your words with care, and choose words that harvest goodness rather than destructive negativity.
Remember, I am what I speak. My words reflect my Self. Yes, it will take effort to master, but that's the beauty of learning. You won't change overnight. But over time, changing what you write on paper, or speak with vocals, will align you closer to the will of the Divine.
Thank you for giving me this time. Thank you and goodbye.

MY AFTERTHOUGHTS TODAY
Monday 22nd January 2024
41 days after the session was transcribed
There are two factors I’m using to judge this sessions message before making the Spirit Inspired award.
1) How powerful and important is this speaker’s message today?
2) How much of my own thoughts appear to be entwined within it? On the first point, the message is a wonderful example of a daily lesson we should all adhere to.
On the second point, I suspect there is some influence from my own thinking. So, the reward in the graphic feels correct to me.
🔷 This type of message highlights our weakness as humans living on earth to appreciate that everything is energy based, including our thoughts and the words we speak. During the writing of this summary, I tried to voice anger aloud whilst maintaining a happy and smiling face. That didn’t work well!
🔷 I quite like the idea of being more alert to the words I hear and speak whilst monitoring the power created from them. I feel I’d like to create a list of the most powerful words I hear. Of course, my list would be unique I guess.
🔷 I would love to be able to live a perfect life where I was able to remain more silent and allow my non-speaking to reveal my wisdom. I do this a lot when I’m around other mediums and students. But at home, my voice has no reins!
