Although self-taught Kavya has a deep understanding of her spirit and the spirit world. Her life is shaped around her progression, including what she eats, when she sleeps and when she devotes time to her spiritual unfoldment.
Kavya spends time most days in meditation and with a pen and paper at hand for what she calls ‘automatic’ writing. Her work inspired Trevor to reignite his own interest in this topic and was inspiration for the popular WFSIW series.
