It never ceases amazing me how so many aspects of my work are in sync with each other, without my intentions for it to be so. Anyone studying my written work closely would suggest I must surely plan it all. I don’t, believe me.
A while ago, I wrote about a topic I thought deserved a few words. Oddly enough, the WFSIW session that followed it (that had already been transcribed some months prior) was also about that apparently random subject.
Regarding the WFSIW sessions, such as today’s example, when I transcribe them from the spirit world, I nearly always forget what they are about, the instance I shut the notebook. The next time the notes are read is when I re-type the words for these presentations. It is then that I read the notes properly. They always seem fresh to me and I can barely recall ever transcribing them in the first place.
In today’s session, the spirit speaker talks about the subject of confidence in mediumship. I can’t believe I actually wrote about this very topic a couple of episodes ago, and after another speaker had chosen this topic. Yet a short while later, here we are again talking about the topic.
Bear in mind that I have a brain with more holes in it than a pegboard. My ability to retain stuff has decreased with my age. Perhaps this is the way that the spirit teams have chosen to make a point to me!
Actually, in today’s session I believe the speaker is targeting the message at one reader in particular. I don’t know who of course, but I suspect that they will benefit from the message.
Synchronicity is comforting though. It acts to support our direction, like a signpost on our journey. Whenever we witness a synchronizing event, we are immediately reassured that we are doing the right things.

Let’s not forget that synchronizing events of a negative nature can also be a sign that we’re doing something wrong and need to make adjustments.
THE WFSIW SESSION
"The Pursuit Of Confidence", catchy title for a book, don't you think? I made you write that headline because it's the theme of my words today.
I am fully aware of those who will read my words, and it is to you I address them. A personal message, you might say. And if you can accept them as being so, and you take time to learn the essence of the message, your mediumship will become even better than it already is.
Throughout your term of learning the art of communication with my world, you have eagerly sought answers, techniques and ways you can improve your mediumship. Of course, that is a noble pursuit. But even after all this time, you foster doubts in your abilities. You question whether someone from our side is actually around you. And you convince yourself so often that it is you alone that is making it all up anyway.
If I could forecast your future in this pursuit, would you like me to inform you that you will become an outstanding champion of mediumship? What would you do to make that prediction come true?
Well, I have great news for you. There is a fork in your path ahead. Go one way and you will continue as you are. Your progress will happen. Take the other fork and you'll notice the same journey ahead, but with a force of drive that will propel you easier and faster.
Now you're wondering what you have to do to take that path and make it work for you. The answer is very little more than you're already doing, but with one small change of focus. Your current path finds you exploring your potential, and working on your abilities. With the path I propose you take, your focus should be on your personal confidence.
This is the area that you need to spend more time working on. Don't worry about the mediumship - that is nothing more than a by-product. Instead, re-train your mind to have greater belief in yourself, and what you're doing.
The only thing stopping you being a wonderful medium that you so desire to be, is your belief in you.
How do you feel right now in declaring aloud, "I am a good medium"? Could you do that? If, as I suspect, you answered no, then you can appreciate that your confidence is not what it should be.
Understand though, I am not encouraging an inflated egotistical approach. As you well know, there are enough mediums with egos that need winding in. What I am talking about is the person voice inside your head that is always talking to you. Consider your confidence as acting like a filter. The more you lack confidence, the more your connection to this world is affected.
When your confidence is undaunting, strong and untouchable, the clearer and purer your connection to this side will be. So you have to focus on your confidence. Recognise it for what it is, and for what it lacks, and work on it. Focus on it, and become the master of it.
When your confidence is strong. you'll be less worried about the wrong details you misheard and got wrong. Instead, you'll be free of mind to continue as the empty vessel for this two way channel.
The entire control of your confidence is in your hands, or mind, to be accurate. Don't go and seek answers from books on how to improve your confidence. That exercise only serves to reinforce your belief that it needs working on.
When you next pass on a message from this side, do so knowing you are a confident medium. Take your focus off the content of the message and place it firmly on your own confident delivery. Don't allow yourself to analyse everything you say in this work. Instead, praise yourself for the wonderful way you acted as a medium.
Make working on your own confidence your number one focus, the most important aspect of your work.
As I've already stated, master your confidence and good mediumship will be the natural outcome.

Often, I am drawn to the psychiatry behind my work, in particular with the messages I transcribe. Were the messages influenced by me at a deeper level, or were the messages a deliberate subject chosen by the speakers. I prefer to believe it’s the latter, though I am always open to other explanations.
🔷 My own experience tells me that if we are knowledgeable about something we are going to talk about, our confidence will shine through. Mediumship, however, brings in a different dynamic – we don’t know what we’re going to share in words. Our confidence must therefore come from a knowing that our spirit teams are there and working with us.
🔷 I totally get the speaker’s suggestion of being aware that confidence has to be measured and should not become a reflection of our own egos on show.
🔷 The speaker’s suggestion for a book title led me to search the internet to see if it had been used already. Yes, there are many incidents of that exact phrase, in books, training manuals, websites, and many publications. So it’s not a unique phrase.
